Sanitary & Fluid Management Equipment
Liquidyne’s custom fabrication for sanitary and fluid management equipment provides solutions to our customers’ most complex problems. Our industry experts take the time to understand what each customer and process needs, collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to create a design that meets customer needs and is specifically tailored to the issue at hand. This allows for more responsive, innovative designs which are manufactured in-house. Equipment is designed to be either clean in place (CIP) or single-use, depending on the process. Any installed piping is fully draining, by default, to reduce cleaning costs and reduce the risk of cross-batch contamination. In addition to custom engineering, we also have a variety of standard designs available. Liquidyne is an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility and all our fabrication services meet or regulatory requirements and industry standards. Our products include stainless steel pump carts, filtration integrity testing carts, and sanitary hose assemblies.
Stainless Steel Pump Carts
For any process which requires the movement of a pump between one location and another, pump carts are the best solution. All carts are on wheels for easy, flexible relocation. Pump carts are largely not industry specific and can be either single-use or stainless steel. Common configurations for pump carts include transfer pumps, filtration system pumps, chromatography systems or bioreactor carts.
Filtration Integrity Testing Cart
A specialized type of pump carts, filtration integrity testing carts allow customers to run tests to ensure equipment is running at specification. Largely used in bioprocess or biopharma processes, these carts can be either single-use or stainless steel. Filtration integrity testing carts include Quattroflow pumps, pressure measuring devices, flow rate instrumentation and a connector to link the cart to the end-user filtration device.

Liquidyne’s investment in in-house hose fabrication and trained product engineers guarantee a faster turn-round time for the hoses, fittings and labeling your applications require.
