Agilitech single-use tangential flow filter (TFF) systems have the agility and flexibility to perform purification operations immediately after delivery. The skid's unique flexibility allows you to adapt the system to your specific application while future-proofing it to scale with your business.
The chromatography skid is either a standalone unit or integrated into a DCS/SCADA system. Our engineering experts collaborate with you to customize the system to your unique requirements--whether adding or removing inlets/outlets, analytics, filters, etc. You have unrivaled flexibility with the components of this system. Choose your preferred brand, single-use assembly or bag, or bottle recirculation container. The system will also come equipped with your choice of state-of-the-art automation and control systems, such as DeltaV, Rockwell Automation, or another platform. You have the freedom to choose.
High-tech automation and control for your
We can supply the tangential flow filter (TFF) system with a DeltaV control system. Rockwell Automation is also available. Agilitech is an authorized Rockwell System Integrator. Our experienced engineers have extensive experience with Wonderware and Inductive Automation Ignition Software. To ensure the same ease-of-use and feel across platforms, the automation is built using an ISA-88 batch-compliant framework.
