Returns
Liquidyne honors a 15-day return policy contingent on the below conditions.
-Items must be in original packaging and saleable condition
-Items may not be returned if they are custom assembled products such as hoses or cleanroom tube sets
-Items may not be returned if they are labeled as "Hazmat"
-Items may not be returned if the packaging is altered
Liquidyne takes pride in order fulfillment accuracy; however, should there be an error, we will take the necessary steps to correct it. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item was damaged in the shipping or received an incorrect item. We request customers to notify Liquidyne within five days of any errors or damages in shipping.
All return requests are subject to approval by Liquidyne, and a corresponding restock fee will be applied based on product type and stock status.
If an RMA is approved, a corresponding RMA form must be issued by Liquidyne before returning any goods. Items received without an approved RMA form will be returned to the sender. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt, and a credit will be issued accordingly.
Items must be returned within 30 days of RMA issuance. If items are not returned within this timeline, the RMA will be closed, and the item(s) will no longer be eligible for return.
Deviations from this policy must be approved in writing by Liquidyne before accepting a return.
