STC1700200 introduces a 1/2 Hose Barb x 3/4 x 1-1/2 Sanitary SIP Connector, engineered from Polysulfone with a natural finish and amber tint, complying with USP Class VI standards. Designed for biopharmaceutical processing, it operates within a temperature range of 39°F to 104°F and a pressure range from vacuum to 20 psi, accommodating diverse application requirements.

The connector's Steam-Thru Connections enable swift and sterile connections between biopharmaceutical processing equipment and disposable bag and tube assemblies. Its single-use design minimizes cleaning procedures and validation workload associated with reusable components, optimizing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key features include an innovative three-port design facilitating a genuine steam-through SIP process, eliminating "dead legs" and the need for laminar flow hoods. The patented valve system ensures sterile connection and disconnection, allowing high media flow rates essential for bioprocessing.
