1-1/2 Sanitary AseptiQuik X Body, High Temperature
AseptiQuik® X large format 1" connectors provide quick and easy sterile connections for high flow applications, even in non-sterile environments. AseptiQuik X's “TWIST-PULL-TWIST” design enables users to quickly transfer large volumes of media easily with less risk of operator error. The connector's robust design provides reliable performance without the need for clamps, fixtures or tube welders. Biopharmaceutical manufacturers can now make 1” sterile connections with the quality and market availability they expect from the leader in single-use connection technology.
Features:
TWIST-PULL-TWIST design: Our AseptiQuik® X Large Format 1" Connectors are designed to provide process engineers in the biopharmaceutical industry with quick and easy sterile connections, even in non-sterile environments. The intuitive three-step connection process significantly reduces the risk of operator error, ensuring a reliable and efficient workflow.
Membrane pull tabs: With our connectors, you can effortlessly remove both membranes simultaneously and securely. The membrane pull tabs guarantee a seamless and hassle-free connection experience, enhancing productivity and saving valuable time.
Robust construction: We understand the importance of reliable performance in critical applications. The AseptiQuik® X connectors are engineered with a robust design that eliminates the need for clamps, fixtures, or tube welders. Say goodbye to additional hardware and enjoy consistent and repeatable performance throughout your processes.
Integrated lock ring: Securing the final connection is crucial to prevent accidental disassembly. Our connectors feature an integrated lock ring that ensures a secure and tight connection, giving you peace of mind during operations.
CPC Click: We've incorporated an audible confirmation mechanism, the CPC Click, which provides a clear indication of the completion of each assembly step. This innovative feature enhances user confidence and streamlines the connection process.
Benefits:
Streamlined workflow: The TWIST-PULL-TWIST design and membrane pull tabs simplify the connection process, reducing the risk of operator error and saving valuable time in high-flow applications.
Enhanced productivity: With reliable performance and the elimination of additional hardware, our connectors allow biopharmaceutical manufacturers to achieve consistent results without interruptions, boosting overall productivity.
Versatile sterilization options: The AseptiQuik® X connectors offer flexible sterilization capabilities. The standard (blue) version can withstand gamma irradiation of up to 50 kGy, while the high-temperature (white) version can withstand gamma irradiation of the same magnitude as well as autoclave temperatures up to 266°F (130°C) for 60 minutes. This versatility ensures compatibility with various sterilization processes and eliminates concerns about equipment limitations.
Wide range of terminations: Our connectors support 3/4" and 1" ID hose barb terminations (19.0mm and 25.4mm) as well as 1-1/2" sanitary terminations, offering flexibility and compatibility with different equipment setups.
Premium materials: The main components of the connectors are made from high-quality polycarbonate, ensuring durability and longevity. The seals are made of clear silicone, which is platinum-cured for exceptional quality. The membranes feature either polyethylene (standard version) or hydrophobic polyethersulfone (HT version) for optimal performance, while the caps are crafted from clear polypropylene. We've also included a PTFE strip sticker for your convenience.
