Constructed from amber-tinted polysulfone meeting USP Class VI and ADCF standards, this series supports vacuum to 75 psi (5.17 bar) and temperatures from -40ºF to 280ºF (-40ºC to 138ºC). The set includes platinum-cured silicone seals, Alloy C-276 valve springs, and is designed for gamma and autoclave sterilization. Each unit is laser-etched for batch traceability, featuring a protective thumb latch cover to prevent accidental disconnections.

Manufactured from high-quality polysulfone with a natural finish, the HFCD39SET4HC coupling boasts an amber tint, which complies with stringent USP Class VI and ADCF standards. The device operates efficiently within a broad pressure range from vacuum to 75 psi (5.17 bar) and can withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -40ºF to 280ºF (-40ºC to 138ºC), ensuring versatility across various operational environments. Including platinum-cured silicone seals and Alloy C-276 valve springs further enhances its reliability, offering excellent chemical resistance and durability.

Sterilization of the HFCD39SET4HC is flexible and practical, with compatibility for both gamma radiation (up to 50 kGy) and autoclave methods (up to 270ºF for 60 minutes), facilitating easy incorporation into sterile processes.
