MPC Tethered Plug
The MPC30L Tethered Plug, part of the MPC Series couplings, provides secure sealing for critical fluid handling processes. Molded in red PVC, it offers visibility and durability in industrial environments. Equipped with an ergonomic thumb latch, it allows easy operation, even with gloved hands, enhancing user convenience. The plug ensures reliable sealing with options for silicone seals, meeting USP Class VI standards and ADCF requirements for biocompatibility.
With a pressure range of up to 60 psi and compatibility with various sterilization methods, including autoclave and gamma irradiation, the MPC30L ensures versatility and hygiene in diverse applications. Its parting line-free design eliminates potential leak paths, ensuring leak-free fluid transfer for sensitive processes. Additionally, the MPC30L is available in sizes compatible with 1/8", 1/4", and 3/8" tubing, providing flexibility to accommodate different system configurations.
The MPC Series couplings, including the MPC30L Tethered Plug, offer robust and economical solutions for single-use applications. Optional locking sleeves further enhance security against accidental disconnects, ensuring uninterrupted fluid handling.
