IMI PBM 3, 4, 5-Way Multi-Port Valves (Sanitary)
Discover the versatility and superior design of the IMI PBM IGENIX® Multi-Port Sanitary Valves, tailored for efficient fluid handling in the most demanding environments. Our multi-port valves are available in 3, 4, and 5-way configurations, making them ideal for various applications ranging from simple directional control to complex process systems in sanitary conditions.
The IMI PBM IGENIX® valves boast several critical features that enhance performance and durability. The Unique Adjust-O-Seal® allows in-line valve adjustment to counteract normal wear, significantly extending the valve's lifespan. By eliminating o-rings, these valves ensure cleaner operation and reduce maintenance needs. Users can select from multiple flow patterns, including 4-way and 5-way configurations, with operations ranging from 90˚ to 360˚, accommodating any system design. The full-port design of these valves minimizes pressure drops and maximizes flow, ensuring efficient operations across all sizes from 1/2” to 4”.
Specifically designed for sanitary applications, the True-Bore® construction of these valves ensures a smooth, hygienic flow path. Enhanced sealing capabilities provide upstream and downstream bubble-tight sealing, which supports thorough cleaning, purging, and draining of the valve body. Additionally, the direct mount actuation facilitates accurate alignment and increases the cycling life of the valve, thanks to the stem assembly accommodating IMI PBM Direct Mount Actuation. Moreover, the versatility of these multi-port valves means that a single valve can replace several 2-way valves, simplifying your system while reducing costs.
These design elements make the IMI PBM IGENIX® Multi-Port Sanitary Valves a robust solution for managing the flow of liquids in environments where hygiene and cleanliness are paramount, such as in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and food and beverage industries.
