VNE Butterfly Valves
VNE Stainless Steel Butterfly Valves
Explore Precision and Reliability with VNE Butterfly Valves
VNE's extensive range of stainless steel butterfly valves provides an ideal solution for a variety of applications spanning from simple fluid regulation to complex system controls. Our butterfly valves are designed for durability and precision, ensuring consistent performance and reliability in both sanitary and industrial environments.
Product Range and Customization
Our butterfly valves are available in manual, air actuated, and air actuated models with added control features such as two micro switches and a solenoid valve. These valves come with either clamp or weld ends as standard, with additional connection types available upon request. Sizes range from 1" through 4", catering to a broad spectrum of flow rates and pipe dimensions. Customers can choose from a selection of materials for product contact surfaces including T304 or T316 stainless steel, ensuring compatibility with various media and environmental conditions.
Seating Materials and Operational Excellence
VNE butterfly valves feature three types of seat materials to cater to different application needs: Silicone, Viton®, and EPDM. Each material is chosen for its properties of heat resistance, chemical stability, and durability, enhancing the valve's performance and longevity. The silicone seats come standard, while EPDM and Viton® are available for environments requiring higher chemical resistance or temperature handling capabilities.
Innovative Design Features
Our valves are engineered with an all-stainless handle that adjusts in eight-position increments of 45°, allowing precise control of flow and pressure. The unique design of the pneumatically operated valves ensures higher torque at the final closing of the disc, providing a secure seal that prevents leaks. These valves require an air pressure of 73-108 psi to operate the actuator, which is maintenance-free and does not require spare parts, making them a cost-effective option for many industrial processes.
Safety and Compliance
All VNE butterfly valves meet the highest standards for safety and quality. The surface finish of every valve meets 3A, FDA, and USDA standards, making them suitable for food and pharmaceutical applications. The seats and seals are FDA approved, ensuring that they meet strict hygiene and health safety standards.
These butterfly valves are capable of handling maximum product pressures up to 145 PSI and can endure maximum sterilization temperatures up to 284°F (for Viton® seats). The minimum product temperature these valves can handle is 14°F, making them versatile for various operating environments.
