Our valves are designed to fit over existing tubing without process interruptions and streamline installation and maintenance. Whether integrating into automated systems or manual setups, our valves adapt seamlessly. Additionally, they are equipped with optional limit switches and position sensors, allowing for precise monitoring and control of flow processes. A modular safety cover also protects the pinch area during operation, facilitating easy access for maintenance without needing to halt processes or dismantle the setup.
Our valves are constructed from 316L Stainless Steel, available in either wrought or cast forms, ensuring they are robust enough to withstand harsh environments while maintaining hygiene and durability. The pinch valve plunger is made from 300 Series stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to wear. Moreover, our valves feature Viton USP Class VI stem o-rings and Acetal components for the knob, safety cover, and retaining nut, which balance chemical resistance with mechanical strength, enhancing the overall durability and functionality of the valve system.
Pressure Capabilities: Designed to operate with actuator pressures as low as 60 psig (4.1 bar), these valves can handle various pressures with precision. Surface finishes are customizable, with a standard 50 Ra ID maximum and an optional 32 Ra mechanical polish, ensuring optimal flow characteristics.
