Constructed from the highest quality materials, such as 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy™ C276/22, and AL6XN™, our valves are built to withstand harsh conditions without compromising their functionality. All materials used are FDA-compliant, providing safety and compatibility across various products. Furthermore, our valves boast an exceptional cleanliness standard, with an internal polish of 20 Ra or better, and offer options for even finer finishes and electropolish treatments. This superior finish ensures optimal cleanliness and significantly reduces the risk of product contamination.
Our meticulous approach to controlling leakage means that our valves exhibit maximum allowable leakage rates of just a few drops per minute at specified pressures, ensuring precise flow control and minimal product loss.
